Bulk beef provides a more efficient way to buy high-quality beef while maximizing value. It’s an ideal option for keeping your freezer stocked with consistent, dependable cuts.

A whole beef is ideal for families who want to stock their freezer for the year, providing roughly 450–500 lbs. of packaged beef. That's enough to cover weekly meals for a large household. Plan on at least 20 cubic feet of freezer space to store your order.

Once your order is placed, RKM will reach out to complete your cutting order and communicate pickup details. Turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks from the time the order is placed to pickup. All bulk beef orders are pickup only in Fredonia, KS.

Final cost will be determined at the time of slaughter based on live market price per pound. Please note: if the live market value increases before your animal is processed, the buyer will be responsible for paying the difference.

Processing fees are included in the purchase price, though some custom cutting options may incur additional costs. Shipping, taxes and storage fees, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the buyer.
