A whole beef is ideal for families who want to stock their freezer for the year, providing roughly 450–500 lbs. of packaged beef. That’s enough to cover weekly meals for a large household. Plan on at least 20 cubic feet of freezer space to store your order.

The earliest beef will be available in approximately 150 days, allowing for finishing, processing and dry-aging, though you may book a later processing date if preferred. Real Kansas Meats will contact you prior to processing to finalize cutting preferences and delivery details.

Final cost will be determined at the time of slaughter based on live market price per pound. Please note: if the live market value increases before your animal is processed, the buyer will be responsible for paying the difference.

Processing fees are included in the purchase price, though some custom cutting options may incur additional costs. Shipping, taxes and storage fees, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the buyer.
