A half beef is a great fit for medium to large households, providing roughly 225–250 lbs. of packaged beef. That’s enough to cover several meals each week throughout the year. Plan on at least 10–12 cubic feet of freezer space to store your order.

The earliest beef will be available in approximately 150 days, allowing for finishing, processing and dry-aging, though you may book a later processing date if preferred. Real Kansas Meats will contact you prior to processing to finalize cutting preferences and delivery details.

Final cost will be determined at the time of slaughter based on live market price per pound (live weight). If the live market value increases before your animal is processed, the buyer will be responsible for paying the difference.

Processing fees are included in the purchase price, though some custom cutting options may incur additional costs. Shipping, taxes and storage fees, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the buyer.
