The RKM Premium Branded Angus Program is USDA certified and built on strict quality standards. To qualify, beef must come from Angus or Red Angus cattle under 30 months of age, grade USDA Prime or Choice, and show fine marbling and well-developed muscling. A USDA grader inspects and certifies all of the beef in the program. The result is beef with exceptional tenderness, consistent quality, and rich, full flavor in every cut.
